Welcome to Wealth Rehab LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, purchasing, or using any Wealth Rehab services, content, programs, consultations, or digital products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Wealth Rehab services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. Your continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Eligibility & Use of Services

You must be 18 years or older to participate in Wealth Rehab.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when enrolling or communicating with us.

Wealth Rehab services are for educational and advisory purposes only.

Unauthorized use, resale, or redistribution of our services or materials is strictly prohibited.

3. No Legal, Financial, or Credit Guarantee

Wealth Rehab provides education, guidance, and strategic support related to credit repair, funding readiness, and financial literacy.

We do not guarantee specific credit score increases, approvals, funding amounts, or timelines.

Results vary based on individual credit profiles, financial behavior, creditor responses, and market conditions.

Wealth Rehab does not provide legal advice, tax advice, or act as a credit bureau, lender, or financial institution.

You remain fully responsible for all financial decisions and outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

All Wealth Rehab content — including but not limited to:

Logos

Branding

Course materials

Workbooks

Scripts

Frameworks

Videos

Written content is the exclusive property of Wealth Rehab LLC and is protected under intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Payments, Fees & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid as outlined at the time of purchase.

All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Due to the nature of digital services, coaching, education, and strategy delivery, no refunds are issued once services begin or materials are accessed.

Missed calls, failure to participate, or lack of implementation do not qualify for refunds.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in conduct that:

Violates any local, state, federal, or international laws

Harasses, threatens, or harms others

Misrepresents Wealth Rehab or our services

Attempts to access systems, data, or materials without authorization

Disrupts the experience of other clients or members

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealth Rehab LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

This includes but is not limited to loss of income, funding denials, credit outcomes, or business decisions made based on information provided.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Wealth Rehab services at any time if:

These Terms are violated

Fraudulent activity is suspected

Conduct is deemed harmful to the company or community

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
